So you’ve been told you need to be on a gluten free diet. What do you do next? This class will help you get started on your journey to feeling better. In this class we’ll explore the symptoms of gluten sensitivity, diagnosis, foods that you CAN eat, how to “de-gluten” your kitchen, how to eat out at restaurants, and resources available to you. Tuesday, March 11 6:30-8:30
Who said you had to give up all your favorites on a gluten free diet? We’ll reinvent some of your favorite foods in this class so you’ll never have to feel deprived. Join us for Joey’s mac and cheese, fried chicken, braised cabbage and carrots, cheddar buttermilk biscuits, and old fashioned banana pudding. Class cost $30
Gluten Free Thai Food Part 2
Thursday, March 20 6:30-8:30
Our first Thai class was such a hit that the we’ve come up with another class with some more delicious Thai foods. Join us for Tom Kha soup, green papaya salad, curry sticky rice, deep fried spring rolls, stir fry, and Thai ice cream. Class cost $30
Monday, March 17, 6:30-8:30
Learn the basics of making your own kombucha and leave with your own kombucha mother culture and your own jar of kombucha to enjoy at home. You’ll also learn the importance of fermented foods to your overall digestive health and how to incorporate these foods into your diet. Cost $30
Healing Your Gut and Reversing Food Allergies with Food

In this class, we will explore how diet and herbs can be used to heal leaky gut, restore the digestive system, and even reverse food allergies/intolerances. We will learn how to heal our guts with nourishing bone broths, soaked grains, fermented foods, and more! Class will included recipes and tasting. Cost $30
